Jackie on reception is always very welcoming and friendly which is always a good start to a stay at the Castle Arch Hotel, Gerry the night porter deserves a big mention as again he is so friendly and accommodating to all guests (no matter how late at night you ask for assistance) (a drink !!) over all another enjoyable stay in the hotel and we look forward to a return visit,
