WE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL FOR 2 NIGHTS AND HAD A LOVELY TIME. VERY CLEAN WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMELL IN CORRIDORS. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND FOOD GREAT. VERY QUIET AND PEACEFUL. LOVED IT. WOULD STAY AGAIN

The whole stay was excellent. I had booked an early check in and was accommodated no problem. The receptionist was so helpful giving me directions and answering all my questions. Rooms were very clean and warm. Breakfast the next day was lovely. I would have no problems recommending this hotel or staying here again. Very enjoyable stay.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful and pleasant. The only problem was that the shower was broke and we were unable to get a shower as the cold water wooulnt come through. Other than that, the whole experience was lovely. thank you to all the staff we came across for a lovely stay.

I found internet speed very slow.

As usual-really helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. We have tried the other hotels in the area-which have been fine-but Castle Arch shines out every time!
